Features of Nylon:
High elongation, wear resistance (Crocking/Rubbing) and strength (Tensile)
The strength and elongation of Nylon are greater than most other fibers.
Crocking/Rubbing and Tensile are about 4~5 times that of wool.
Therefore, it is often used as wear-resistant materials, parachutes, ropes, and fishing nets.
The fracture elongation rate break is as high as 22%. The recovery is also high, and the original length can be fully restored when the elongation is 8%. It is one of the most elastic fibers.
Air circulation,with a cool feeling. On the contrary, if it is tightly woven,it will be not breathable and warmly dressed.
The surface is smooth, not easy to stain water, and it is very dry quickly, so it is suitable for raincoats and outdoor curtains.
The specific gravity is 1.14, which is lighter than other fibers. It is suitable to make light fabrics such as 1000D CODURA.
